While at Lloyds, Rahul supported the close of more than 15 transactions in the wind and solar sectors involving over $5bn in arranged project debt and $500m in commitments from Lloyds. Rahul has significant financial modeling experience and has executed sale leaseback, partnership flip and back-leverage structures with leading sponsors including NextEra, enXco, Duke Energy, Terra-Gen Power, GE and First Solar.
Rahul holds a B.S. in Economics from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania with a concentration in Finance.
