Ewing Bemiss & Co. Announces the Sale of Avid Medical, Inc. to Medical Action Industries Inc.
Richmond, Virginia – Ewing Bemiss & Co. is pleased to announce the sale of Beacon Landfill Gas Holdings, LLC (“Beacon”), to enXco, Inc., a subsidiary of EDF Energies Nouvelles S.A. (ENXTPA:EEN). Ewing Bemiss & Co. served as the exclusive financial advisor to Beacon in this transaction. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Beacon is an owner, developer, and operator of two projects located in Western Pennsylvania that convert landfill gas to pipeline quality natural gas. The projects have a combined capacity of approximately 13,800 standard cubic feet per minute of raw landfill gas and collectively represent two of the largest landfill gas projects in the US.
