Richmond, Virginia – Ewing Bemiss & Co. is pleased to announce the sale of CanReg Inc. (“CanReg”) to i3, a subsidiary of Ingenix, Inc. (“Ingenix”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of UnitedHealth Group (NYSE: UNH).  Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.  Ewing Bemiss & Co. acted as the exclusive financial advisor to CanReg in this transaction.
