Ewing Bemiss & Co. Announces the Recapitalization of Distribution by Air
Richmond, Virginia — Ewing Bemiss & Co. is pleased to announce the recapitalization of Distribution by Air (“DBA” or the “Company”), a freight forwarding company, by an investor group organized by Ewing Bemiss & Co. Ewing Bemiss & Co. assisted DBA with the transaction. The Ewing Bemiss & Co. professionals involved in this transaction included Henry Berling and Rob Erda. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
DBA is a non-asset based third party logistics provider headquartered in New Jersey. The Company operates a network of 24 terminals across the United States and provides time and service sensitive domestic and international freight forwarding solutions. The Company also offers a full complement of value-added fulfillment services.
